Kage Lock Ninja Spring Hanger

A Ninja Spring Hanger including an attachment to lock off the unit, engineered to temporarily lock your springs and handle additional loads during transport, installation, and cantilevering pipework during installation stages. When job is complete simply remove it to leave our standard spring hanger. Can be refitted for maintenance or drain down of system.

Design Features

  • Removable lock off device - Temporary lock off ideal for modular assemblies and pipe load cantilever during build stages
  • Locks off spring movement and allows for adjustment upon removal.
  • Electro painted steel frame with other steel parts being HDG or Powder Coated
  • Helical Steel Springs, colour coded and manufactured in the UK to BS1726 with nominal deflection up to 50mm
  • Includes bespoke 12mm dampening arrangement including rubber block
  • 50% Overload capacity
  • Pre-compression of spring possible before installation and can be delivered pre-set for ease of installation
  • Fitting via drop rod or direct to supporting structure
  • M12 threaded rod for connection to pipework with 15 degs of allowable angulation
